We are a team who Love What We Do! Founded in 2004, the Yoga door is a yoga studio in the heart of downtown Sault Ste. Marie, dedicated to sharing yoga and the contemplative and expressive arts in a non-competitive, relaxing and inspiring environment. We take great pride in sharing Yoga in a well informed, adapt the practice to their needs, welcoming atmosphere where students are encouraged to go at their own pace, and be inspired to new levels when they feel ready. All of our teacher are professionally trained and certified to teach. We offer a variety of styles and classes at our studio, school programs, yoga at work, special needs yoga, as well as to the greater community through wellness workshops, and other ongoing yoga classes. We hope that through The Yoga Door, you will come to know more of who you are!.
